Meet your Trainer

Hi, I’m Kailee Whelan
NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.

Movement changed my life.
Like many, I’ve struggled mentally — feeling disconnected from my body and unsure of how to care for it in a way that actually felt good. Fitness became my anchor — not as a punishment, but as a powerful way to reconnect, rebuild confidence, and find strength I didn’t know I had. I see movement now as a form of self love and self respect, learning that the workout doesn’t have to leave you drenched in sweat and out of breathe to be effective. I believe the strength and connection built goes far beyond the mat.

Now I help others do the same.

My approach blends strength training, Pilates , mindfulness, and intention. I believe movement is a privilege — something to enjoy, not stress over. It should feel fun, freeing, and empowering. Whether you're here to build strength, reconnect with yourself, or simply feel better in your body, there’s a place for you.
